Behind the chairs
Three barbers, one family, a combined thirty-odd years with scissors in hand.

Tom Faulkner
Owner · 22 years cutting hair
Opened the shop in 2011. Still does every straight razor shave himself.

Danny Faulkner
Barber · 9 years cutting hair
Tom's eldest. Ask him about fades — it's the one thing he'll talk your ear off about.

Wes Faulkner
Barber · 5 years cutting hair
Trained under Tom. Best in the shop for a first haircut on a nervous kid.

Run by the Faulkner family since 2011
Tom Faulkner opened the shop with two chairs and a radio that only picked up one station. Fifteen years later his sons Danny and Wes are behind two of the four chairs, and that radio is still here — it just found a second station.
We keep it simple: sharp tools, honest conversation, and a cut that still looks right two weeks later. If you're new, tell us what's not working about your last haircut and we'll take it from there.

What the chair hears
"Been going to Wes for two years now. First barber who's ever gotten my cowlick to actually behave."
Marcus R. — regular since 2023
"Took my son for his first real haircut and he didn't cry once. That's the whole review, honestly."
Priya S. — South Congress local
"The hot towel shave is worth the drive from downtown alone. Tom doesn't rush a single step."
James O. — client since 2015
Good to know
Still have a question? Call the shop — someone always picks up.
Do I need an appointment?+
No — walk-ins are welcome any day we're open. Calling ahead just means less time in the waiting chairs.
How long does a haircut take?+
A classic haircut runs about 30 minutes. Add the hot towel shave and plan on closer to an hour.
Can I request a specific barber?+
Yes, just say so when you call or walk in. If they're mid-cut, we'll tell you the wait honestly.
Do you take cards, or cash only?+
Both, plus tap-to-pay. Tips are appreciated but never expected.
